POSITION: Seasonal Park Mower
CLASSIFICATION: Seasonal, hourly, based on experience
WORK SCHEDULE: Hours/days vary, up to 30 hours per week (with 5 hours allocated to brush pickup during that time frame)
REPORTS TO: Street Commissioner
WORK LOCATION: Village of Bradner Park
JOB DUTIES: -Mowing/weed whacking around trees, fence, buildings, walking path, pool, etc.
-Cleaning up sticks, trash, and paper before mowing
-Emptying trash on Fridays & Mondays and as needed during the week or weekend and put into large trash container furnished
-Cleaning bathrooms at Park: scrubbing toilets, urinals, sinks and wiping down doors, handles, dispensers and sweeping floors
-Bathrooms are to be cleaned Fridays & Mondays and as needed throughout the week or weekend keeping dispensers full of soap and paper
-All supplies needed will be supplied by the Village
-This job is not limited to just these duties but to keep a safe and clean park working closely with the Street Department
-End of year leaf removal to front of park
– May be required to work with Street Commissioner during brush pickup, up to 5 hours per week

Academy cadets are welcome to apply, and upon successful completion of the OPOTA Police Academy, will be able to be employed. Auxiliary Officers are hired to work with current officers in patrol operations, special event details, and other department-related activities.
