Bradner Mayor’s Court is now handled in Wood County.
The offenses listed below do not require a court appearance if you have not had more than two (2) moving violations within the State of Ohio in the last twelve (12) months. You may pay the stated amount in person to the Fiscal Officer or the blue payment box next to town hall (no U.S. currency), or you may mail a money order or check made payable to: Bradner Mayor’s Court.
If a Personal Appearance is necessary, bring with you proof of insurance as of the date of your traffic violation. If you do not show proof of insurance, the course is required to notify the State Bureau of Motor Vehicles, which may result in a license suspension by the state.
FAILURE TO PAY BY OR APPEAR ON THE COURT DATE WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL $10.00 LATE FEE ADDED TO THE AMOUNT DUE. FAILURE TO APPEAR OR PAY THE FINE WILL SUBJECT YOU TO A LICENSE REVOCATION AND/OR ARREST.
