If you haven’t already, you may be receiving a postcard/letter letting you know that IGS is no longer the gas aggregation program supplier for Bradner and that you “will automatically return to the Columbia Gas of Ohio’s Standard Choice Offer (SCO) at the prevailing gas cost.” The postcard states that the change will take effect on March 14, 2019.

Bradner has switched to Volunteer Energy as their gas aggregation supplier and this is who you will be receiving the “opt-out” letter from. Unfortunately, their was a delay with their mailing list and some customers will roll back to Columbia Gas of Ohio SCO for a billing cycle. When you do receive the “opt out” letter and if you do not “opt out,” you will join the Volunteer Energy program.

Customers that want to avoid the potential 1 month lapse can opt-in to the program by contacting Volunteer at 1-800-977-8374.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
